By covering the band heater of the injection cylinder with an insulating jacket, heat radiation to the outside is prevented, enabling power reduction. When the surface temperature of the injection cylinder heater is 300°C, if an insulating jacket with a thickness of 25 mm is applied, the surface temperature will be approximately 60°C. This helps prevent burns when in contact with the surface and reduces the increase in radiant heat temperature in the work area, which is expected to improve work efficiency.
